CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe custody.
Accounts must be paid on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if covered by a valid guarantee card or by prior arrangement allowing Fifteen clear working days for bank clearance.
Any bank charges incurred by the proprietors as a result of a dishonored cheque will be included in any claim for compensation,
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person making the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service. An administration charge may apply.
The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. In this event a full refund would be made.
All claims for compensation due to damage to hotel property will be made against the person signing the registration form.

Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, hotel staff or the proprietors. No refunds will be given.
We are fully licensed premises therefore any persons being individuals or part of a group / party bringing into the premises or consuming any food or drink on the premises not having purchased said items on the premises will be evicted from the premises in the event of a group or party booking this will apply to all members of the group / party. No refunds will be given.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday Insurance cover.
Only food & Drink Purchased on the premises to be consumed on the premises
At the discretion of the management Bonds may be required prior to booking being accepted or on arrival, this applies to both group and individual Bookings
Smoking Policy & Law
As of the 1st July 2007 it will not be permitted by law to smoke in any confined and enclosed space within the hotel. A �������£50 Fixed penalty scheme will be enforced. Any one found smoking in the hotel or evidence found to imply smoking has taken place may be requested to leave as they would be in breech of there contract or requested to pay �������£50 to cover additional cleaning costs. All costs incurred by the hotel and its owners in respect of persons breaking the No Smoking Laws will be passed on to the said persons. All costs if necessary will be taken to court for recovery, which will in turn increase the cost to the persons breaking the law. If payment has been made by credit/debit card permission has been given by signing the booking form for these costs to be taken from the credit/debit card.

Car Park
Vehicles are parked at owners risk.
Vehicle keys must be surrendered to Hotel Reception.
Unauthorised or vehicles not complying with hotel policy may be clamped or removed and will only be released subject to the appropriate fee being paid.
The Hotel owners or designated driver due to access or emergency may move vehicles with no liability (At Vehicle Owners Risk)
Children
We only cater for children over the age of 7 years old. Proof of age may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and full booking charge will apply for all cancellations within 90 days of arrival date.
